Role Overview
- Drive analytics that improve how customers help themselves
- Own the analytics roadmap for self-serve support, automation and tooling
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and recurring analyses
- Tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems and craft recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate pilots and experiments
- Build models and decision frameworks to support prioritization and planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of top-tier experience in data analytics or related field
- Exceptional data analysis skills. Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel; knowledge of Python, R and AI tools is a plus
- Entrepreneurial self-starter
- Influential communicator with high bar for quality and clarity
- High-energy, positive team player
