Serve as the primary point of contact for university students and educators
Maintain relationships with approximately 250 universities that have access to the company's software for educational use
Coordinate onboarding, account relations, renewals, and communication related to university software licensing
Conduct research related to university programs, educational opportunities, and academic partnerships
Collaborate with marketing, website, account relations, and other internal teams to support university initiatives and educational outreach
Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Coordinate CEU programs for landscape architecture, irrigation, and related professional fields
Research and communicate with licensing boards, accreditation organizations, and professional associations across the United States and internationally
Prepare and submit webinar, training, and course materials for CEU approval and accreditation
Track approval requirements, deadlines, renewals, and compliance documentation for multiple licensing agencies and organizations
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, office administration, project coordination, education administration, or similar roles
Experience coordinating detailed administrative processes, research projects, or compliance-related work preferred
Relevant educational background (degree, certificate, or equivalent practical experience) preferred
Experience working with continuing education programs, accreditation processes, universities, or professional organizations is a plus
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace)
