About this role

Overseeing and managing structural engineering projects from conceptual design through construction completion.
Coordinating and supervising all aspects of the structural design process.
Managing the production of drawings, specifications, and calculations during a project’s design phase.
Developing a comprehensive plan that defines project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Reviewing deliverables to ensure the scope and quality standards are met throughout the project's life cycle.
Participating in project design meetings to achieve project objectives.
Managing project costs, tracking expenses, and managing the project budget.

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Structural focus
Have Professional Engineer (PE) license
Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
Eight years of experience working in the building structural engineering field.
In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
Familiarity with structural design and analysis, materials, and construction techniques
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in structural engineering and project management, such as computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and lead management of multiple projects simultaneously.
