Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline positions
Post jobs and source candidates through multiple channels
Conduct phone screenings and candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer process and pre-employment steps
Maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATS
Partner with hiring managers to support staffing priorities
Support hiring across multiple locations and communities
Requirements
2-4 years of recruiting experience
Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
Experience recruiting hourly or frontline positions
Strong communication and phone screening skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced English communication skills required
Experience recruiting candidates in the US.
Preferred Background:** Healthcare, senior living, hospitality, customer service, call center, retail, or other high-volume recruiting environments
