Role Overview
- Oversee Commissioning Specialist and APM Commissioning staff
- Assist in developing commissioning scope
- Review Subcontractor Exhibit A scope of work for commissioning
- Assist in the Training of Site teams and subcontractors
- Assist in writing commissioning plans
- Manage database for project
- Perform Commissioning Audits on project sites
- Generate Commissioning Status reports for each discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize CxAlloy, word processing, spreadsheet and email applications
- Experience as the lead project manager or commissioning manager of a construction project is required
- Preference for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture)
- Must have experience managing all disciplines for commissioning projects
- Must have experience in setting up at least two CxAlloy Commissioning databases for all disciplines
- Must have assisted in and maintained written commissioning plans on at least two projects
