Configure routers, switches, wireless access points, and WLAN controllers using Cisco and HP hardware in accordance with established standards and best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance; perform capacity planning; troubleshoot connectivity issues; and provide responsive end‑user network support.
Collaborate closely with other technical staff to ensure seamless connectivity, interoperability, and compatibility across systems and network services.
Continuously monitor network performance, identify anomalies or irregularities, and take corrective action to maintain availability, stability, and security.
Provide support for mobile devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, and assist in maintaining accurate mobile device inventory records.
Rebuild, upgrade, and maintain network infrastructure components to ensure the environment remains current, secure, and aligned with organizational requirements.
Troubleshoot a wide range of network issues, implement effective solutions, and coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
Install, configure, operate, and maintain server and virtualization platforms, including Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, and VMware ESXi.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience and industry certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with firewall deployments, IPsec configurations, and SharePoint administration is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team, including drafting recommendations, proposing solutions, and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple offices and bureaus, as well as interagency and external partners.
Secret Clearance is required. Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
