Participation in Design Changes in early stages, Change Request (CR), Change Proposal (CP), Change Order (CO) and support of any decision from Procurement point of view
Participation in Change and MakeOrBuy Boards and representation of interests and goals of Procurement
Steer and support the evaluation of design changes and estimation of the effort required to implement them in the Supply Chain including NonRecurring and Recurring Costs, Lead Time and Feasibility
Alignment with specialist departments such as Manufacturing Engineering, Cost Engineers, Strategic Procurement, Production, Supply Chain Quality, and others
Check and follow up the completeness and accuracy of data provided
Check the PRE-POST relation and if PRE parts are ToW affected or allocated to a critical supplier
Preparation and lead of handover of a comprehensive data package to a Transfer Manager
Availability for further support and later inquiries
Support of building of the necessary infrastructure, such as needed data bases or checklists and or processes
Implementation of company processes and procedures in a new plant
Preparation, invitation and management of Steering Groups and Decision Meetings
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification acquired through alternative paths
Minimum of 5 years of work experience ideally in the area of procurement, supply chain and operations as well as in project management
Strong customer orientation combined with effective communication skills and necessary assertiveness
Analytic way of thinking and solution oriented way of working
Knowledge in SAP, PLM, C-Place,Skywise & Google Workspace
Flexibility and willingness to travel (national/ international)
Fluent in English (written & spoken) and in German (as a plus)
