Ensures assigned payments (example: rebates to customer) are accurately calculated (in accordance to contract and policy guidelines) and timely executed
Responsible for analyses, forecasts, and modeling required to effectively manage pricing, reimbursement, and rebate functions
Responsible for the end-to-end process, execution, and analysis required to accurately calculate and timely pay rebates and fees of assigned customers
Coordinate with clinical, Legal, and Compliance Departments to ensure compliance with applicable business rules and relevant legal decisions
Drive resolution and prevention of future EDI chargeback errors
Process chargeback claims or adjustments that are submitted manually.
Remain current with and understand the impact of the new healthcare related regulations such as the new ESRD bundle and healthcare reform (PPACA)
Address and correct operational, audit, and compliance issues identified
Identify and develop initiatives to support department business needs, increase automation and improve productivity
Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required (quantitative field preferred)
