Leading all aspects of maintenance and outage execution for all assets across a multifunctional asset base
Coordination and management of the site’s 3rd party maintenance contract
Responsible for all asset, instrumentation, electrical, controls, and infrastructure maintenance across the site
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant engineering standards within Maintenance
Accountable for maintenance team’s safety performance
Direct manufacturing preventative and breakdown maintenance to maintain physical assets
Implement and maintain optimum site Maintenance organization structure
Oversee knowledge and skill development for all maintenance team members
Manage and optimize the Maintenance OPEX and CAPEX budget
Oversee maintenance execution for all production units across the site

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or related technical field
Minimum of five years’ experience in manufacturing, including operations, maintenance, or reliability fields
Prior experience in management, supervision, or team leadership preferred
Experience managing budgets and understanding business financials preferred
Experience effectively managing projects within timeline
Valid Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard prior to commencing employment
Must be 18 years or older
