About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical leadership across the Analytics function
- Develop, maintain, and govern Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing models/AI solutions
- Liaise among model owners, developers, users, and other stakeholders
- Interpret policies and provide guidance to FCRM stakeholders
- Develop processes/tools to manage inventories, issues, and action items for the FCRM models
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of Model and AI lifecycle
- Experience in financial institutions and relevant regulatory requirements, such as SR 11-7
- Experience managing model inventory and issue remediation
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
