Role Overview
- Provides wide range of paralegal support and services to practice teams or individual attorneys
- Resolves routine legal issues and researches law sources
- Prepares legal documents and drafts resolutions, contracts, pleadings
- Assists in management of expenditures on outside counsel
- Supports enterprise in fulfilling legal and regulatory responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or progressive work experience
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience in a legal department or law firm preferred
- Sound knowledge of legal concepts, principles, terminology and procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
