Deliver GTM readiness reports and governance metrics that inform leadership decisions
Implement governance frameworks and ensure accountability through systematic execution
Collaborate with managers, directors, and VPs, providing insights on GTM readiness and governance outcomes
Distill complex priorities into compelling narratives and clear action plans

5+ years of program management and/or organizational change experience
Proven ability to build relationships, navigate competing priorities, and deliver results
Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with excellent organizational thinking
Cross-functional collaboration expertise with a track record of driving decisions and change
Comfort in highly dynamic, high-performance environments
Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop value-creation strategies
Clear, compelling communication skills that translate complex business dynamics for executives
Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to drive efficiency and performance
Systemic approach to governance, problem-solving, and turning insights into action
Deep understanding of hyperlocal execution and community engagement
Proficiency in Google Suite
Required travel 20-30% of the time to engage with communities, leadership teams, and key stakeholders across regions
Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and lead across bilingual communities
