Role Overview

• Lead M&A strategy and conduct HR operational and financial due diligence
• Design, build, and manage comprehensive project plans and integration deliverables
• Direct global integration efforts with HR teams and cross-functional leaders
• Drive continuous improvement of the HR M&A integration playbook
• Establish governance standards for managing sensitive employee data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience
• Minimum of 5–8 years leading HR M&A activities in technology industry
• Proven track record leading large-scale integrations (1,000+ employees)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time during peak deal activity
