Ensure project safety compliance.
Understand job cost spread and project estimates.
Participate in project sequencing and scheduling.
Track project progress and analyze production.
Engage in project cost reporting.
Handle invoice coding and approval.
Oversee material/equipment procurement.
Manage change order requests and tracking.
Coordinate with general contractors/owners.
Assist with reporting requirements, including field time and productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects.

Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience in construction, or 5 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC is a preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time and be based on a project site.
Effective planning and resource management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Ability to monitor construction schedules and identify potential issues.
Proactive in promoting and ensuring workplace safety.
