Responsible in managing all forms of testing – functional/feature, integration, load, regression, browser and device scenarios.
Build and take ownership of automation test frameworks and tools.
Responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end test scripts from User-Interface through back-office technology.
Responsible for continuously building and improving the product test library, ensuring it is up to date with all scenarios and test cases.
Responsible for supporting the Product and Delivery Manager in the investigation, ticketing, prioritizing, and regression testing for all queue items.
Ensures compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and RazorSync specific coding standards.
Accountable to monitor performance and benchmarking test results.
Conducts manual testing for web-based, Android, and iOS applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in software QA, with expertise in both manual and automated software testing.
Good understanding in performing functional, load, cross browser, responsive design, security and integration tests for clients, web and mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
Good programming concepts, experience with test automation framework, tool development and scripting.
Familiarity with at least one automation tool such as Selenium and/or Playwright automated testing tools.
Awareness of OOP concepts with Java and/or C#.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps exposure is a plus).
Hands-on with automated API testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured etc.
Experience with database queries (SQL) and the construction of test databases.
Understanding with load, stress, volume testing in .NET based infrastructure.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Understanding of SDLC/STLC and defect lifecycle.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong willingness to learn automation, performance, and security testing over time.
