Shape and evolve the product roadmap for your area of ownership.
Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across the broader product ecosystem.
Engage with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Analyse problems and opportunities to inform product and service direction.
Convert business needs and experiment outcomes into structured, high‑quality requirements.
Lead refinement sessions and create clear, actionable software tickets.
Identify dependencies, risks, and assumptions — both business and technical.
Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing.
Support internal teams in adopting new tools, processes, and ways of working.

A relevant degree in IT, Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
6–10 years’ experience in business analysis within an Agile software development environment.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
Experience translating complex needs into clear requirements.
Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
A passion for building inclusive, scalable digital products.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and contributing to product roadmaps is advantageous.
Exposure to analytics techniques and data‑driven decision‑making is advantageous.
Experience operating in complex, mission‑driven organisations is advantageous.
