Drive retail sales performance and achieve regional sales targets
Develop and execute strategic store call cycles and quarterly plans
Deliver engaging product education, trainings, virtual sessions, and masterclasses
Support new store openings, launches, and promotional events
Build strong relationships with Sephora & Ulta leadership and store teams
Recruit, train, coach, and manage a Part-Time Sales Support team
Monitor sales performance, provide market insights, and complete regular reporting
Ensure consistent brand messaging and high in-store standards across all doors

2+ years’ experience in beauty retail sales, field sales, or education
Strong understanding of Sephora & Ulta culture and operations
Proven ability to drive sales through relationship-building and education
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong time management and planning abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region
