About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand 3M’s footprint within Grainger’s US and Canadian National Account organizations.
Lead "accelerated engagement" initiatives with the Grainger National Account organization, ensuring 3M is the preferred partner for large-scale industrial end-user contracts.
Design and deploy national sales programs, promotional campaigns, and logistical enhancements.
Manage the project lifecycle from ideation through field execution.
Act as the central nervous system between 3M’s various divisions and Grainger’s National Account sales and leadership teams.
Utilize advanced business intelligence to identify white-space opportunities, analyze competitive threats, and adapt strategies to shifting industrial distribution trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Five (5) years in Key Account Management, Industrial Distribution, or Sales Leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
One (1) year of experience in Project Management frameworks in a private, public, government or military environment
MBA
Experience managing multi-national accounts (specifically US/Canada) is highly desirable.
