Role Overview
- Investigating client web analytics data to understand website performance.
Requirements
- Data Analysis. Study client website data and create reports using Google Sheets, Analytics software, CRM Tools.
- Data Issue Analysis. Detect data anomalies and find root causes.
- Requirements Gathering. Communicate with project managers to adjust key reports.
- Organization. Maintain a database of reports.
- Opportunity Spotting. Use data analysis to find the best opportunities for A/B testing.
