About this role

Monitors, restores service, and handles day-to-day activities required to run mission critical systems
Provides Help/Service Desk support
Engages with 3rd party providers during incidents
Participates in testing cycles to ensure operability of infrastructure and applications
Deploys automated code to production
Provides end to end technology support including computer, applications, network, and storage
Identifies opportunities to strengthen operational capability
Supports deployment activities and manages implementation issues to resolution

3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or related fields
Knowledge of Linux and Windows
Understanding of Information Technology operating processes for systems
Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies
Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
