Assist in the implementation and data migration of new enterprise solutions and tools
Collaborate with IT and business teams to configure, test, and deploy enterprise applications
Document implementation processes, technical specifications, and user guides
Support the team in conducting business impact assessments to evaluate changes and their implications
Participate in governance activities, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and best practices
Contribute to various IT and business projects, providing analytical support and innovative solutions
Engage in team meetings and project discussions, offering insights and feedback on ongoing initiatives
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to support project development and decision-making
Translate user requirements into technical specifications and workflow diagrams
Maintain support documentation and content in relevant repositories (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program related to business analysis, information systems, or computer science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to document technical processes and create user guides
Team player with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart (for workflow diagrams and process mapping)
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (for documentation and project management)
Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, ServiceNow)
Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with agile methodologies and processes
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) is an asset
