Management Analyst – Action Officer

Role Overview

• Provide support in project analysis, workflow management, and process improvement
• Develop and prepare briefing charts and presentations
• Manage suspense tasks and deadlines
• Oversee records management processes and assist with security inspections
• Coordinate and track travel and training schedules
• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings
• Handle tasking and coordination across teams
• Conduct research, analyze data, develop response strategies
• Manage the AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT) system

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Knowledge of DAFH 33-337 Tongue and Quill and AFMAN 33-326 guidelines
• Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in data management and SharePoint/Teams site management
• Experience supporting security inspections
• Ability to conduct research and analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in administrative support
• Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication
