Requirements
Demonstrated experience in tax consulting, including tax compliance, provisions, and reorganizations for private clients and family offices
Strong experience in public accounting (small, mid-size, or major firms), with an understanding of engagement lifecycle, client expectations, and service delivery excellence
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a Master’s in Taxation, with a Canadian CPA designation
Completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program (Levels I–III) is a strong asset
Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build high-performing, inclusive environments
Ability to thrive under pressure while prioritizing multiple engagements and maintaining high quality standards
Demonstrated ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in digital upskilling, emerging technologies, and evolving ways of working
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
