Manage and evaluate work activities and provide day-to-day operational direction and leadership.
Oversee sub-surgical specialties, as well as General Surgery, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Audiology, Dermatology.
Conduct and review monthly financial statements and budget preparation.
Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Create action plans that ensure the accomplishment of productivity or quality responsibilities.
Maintain customer services initiative implementation, customer obtainment, and retention activities.
Articulate potential positive and negative impacts on the business and community of company actions and practices.
Display respect and ethical behavior toward coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, marketing, and other public interest groups.
Oversee clinic activities for area companies and their employees and provide guidance to ensure compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals of Sanford.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Progressive healthcare experience with taking on new challenges and responsibilities moving into leadership roles.
Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
