Role Overview
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to VP of EMEA Sales
- Manage calendar of meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare expense reports and confidential correspondence
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Oversee travel budget for large teams
- Support internal meetings and major events
- Handle internal communications and recognition programs
- Act as a communication bridge between EMEA Lead and internal teams
Requirements
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
- Exceptional organization skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Great slides design abilities
- Strong personal drive and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, with additional languages (Spanish, German, French) as a plus
- Discreet and dependable
- Proactive thinker
