Role Overview
Provide comprehensive operational support, including calendar management, email handling, and appointment scheduling with meticulous follow-up.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, ensuring all interactions are professional, clear, and timely.
Maintain the organization of digital files, records, and daily task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Assist in internal workflows with a sharp eye for detail, upholding our standards of professionalism in every task.
Anticipate client needs and streamline communications to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required.
C2 / Near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless communication with US stakeholders.
Previous experience working directly with US-based clients is essential.
While we are open to all VA backgrounds, additional experience in Medical, Legal, or Real Estate industries is highly valued.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools.
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional work ethic, and a dedicated workspace.
Immediate availability to work regular US office hours.
