Provides back-office and operational support to the claims operations by managing moderately complex workflows
Ensures data integrity and supports process efficiency and quality outcomes
Coordinates with internal teams and supports onboarding and peer guidance
Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
Follows established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality
Requirements
Insurance experience mandatory (P&C Claims). Can focus on other insurance sectors as well like
health care insurace, vehicle insurance etc.
Good in communication, data entry, document management
