Role Overview
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist customers with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical support

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements
Native or fluent in French; proficient in English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools is a plus
