About this role

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Project Managers
Provide oversight and challenge on TPM delivery plans, schedules, RAID, and execution strategies
Act as an escalation point for complex delivery issues
Ensure consistent application of technical project management best practices across workstreams and initiatives
Serve as a trusted point of contact for program leadership on TPM performance, capacity, and delivery health
Drive alignment with program and portfolio governance expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery, including leadership of complex, multi-team initiatives
2+ years of experience managing or formally leading project managers or TPMs
Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, including design, build, integrate, test, and deploy
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
Demonstrated experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
Up to 10% travel
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
