Support and execute commercial transformation initiatives across GF's commercial ecosystem
Support the design, documentation, and standardization of commercial processes
Support enhancements, testing, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
Assist in identifying and documenting AI and automation use cases
Assist in the integration of commercial processes for acquired businesses
Support cross-functional efforts to improve GF's customer experience
Coordinate project activities, track milestones, manage action item logs

5–8 years of experience in Business Transformation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functional project activities with growing independence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Working knowledge of end-to-end commercial processes (Market-to-Contract, Lead-to-Cash)
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise system implementations or enhancements
Experience supporting change management and adoption activities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
