Manage a portfolio of complex general commercial and corporate litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters involving patents, trademarks, and related claims.
Counsel internal clients and senior leadership on litigation trends and risk exposure.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support enterprise-wide legal initiatives.
Monitor relevant legal developments and proactively advise on their business impact.
Manage and oversee intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and related IP disputes.
Develop litigation strategy in coordination with internal business and technical stakeholders.
Assess litigation risk, exposure, and potential business impact and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Manage complex commercial and corporate litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and other high-exposure matters.
Lead all phases of litigation, including early case assessment, discovery, motion practice, expert strategy, and trial preparation.
Advise business leaders on litigation risk, resolution strategy, and dispute avoidance.
Support and manage litigation involving data privacy, cybersecurity, technology, and emerging digital-risk issues.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
8–10 years of litigation experience at a law firm, government agency, and/or in-house legal department.
Substantial experience handling complex litigation, including intellectual property, commercial, privacy, or technology-related disputes.
Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-lawyers.
Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters, priorities, and stakeholders.
