Role Overview
- Lead and support cross-functional commercial transformation initiatives
- Own and evolve end-to-end commercial processes from Market-through-Order
- Drive stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Identify, evaluate, and support deployment of AI-enabled insights and automation
- Support integration of commercial processes, data, and systems for acquired businesses
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Transformation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations
- Strong understanding of sales, sales operations, and lead-to-cash processes
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading enterprise system implementations
- Effective communications skills and experience supporting change management and adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
