Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
• Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Assist with brand positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners on marketing initiatives.
• Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain CRM and marketing automation systems to support campaign workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience working with international teams or clients is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
