Play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely generation, submission and dispatch of client invoices across the firm
Work closely with Partners, lawyers, regional finance teams and Credit Control to support effective billing and collection processes
Support complex, multi‑jurisdictional billing requirements
Ensure compliance with client SLAs
Participate in billing review meetings with Partners, contributing directly to the firm’s working capital performance
Requirements
Experience working in a Billing Analyst or similar finance role within a law firm or professional services environment (desirable)
Experience using Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise or a comparable practice management system
Strong understanding of billing processes, matter maintenance and invoice lifecycle
Experience submitting bills via e‑Billing platforms and managing billing queries
Excellent attention to detail with a consistently high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Portuguese language skills (essential)
