About this role
Role Overview
Provide Learning Management System (LMS) administrative support
Assist with class scheduling and running LMS reports
Manage customer inquiries through Service Central Tickets and emails
Handle data quality processes such as class closure
Complete other similar duties as designated by team Leads
Requirements
Administration/training coordination type of experience
LMS experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables)
Experience working in the back end of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with an LMS
Experience providing training administration using an LMS
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communications
