Coordinate end‑to‑end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including imports, exports, and re‑export
Manage customs clearance activities and ensure timely, compliant processing of standard and free‑of‑charge shipments
Prepare, verify and control logistics and customs documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Coordinate logistics activities, with manufacturing sites, HUBs, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse, finance, QA/QP, and customer service
Create and manage PRs/POs in SAP ECC and Ariba for logistics, customs, and warehouse services
Process logistics‑related invoices and support finance coordination and cost allocation
Maintain accurate import/export records and provide regular logistics and inventory reporting
Proactively identify and resolve logistics and documentation issues impacting supply continuity

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations, preferably in a regulated industry (pharma, chemicals, FMCG)
Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs clearance
Practical experience with shipping documentation and international transport
Working knowledge of SAP (ECC) and with Ariba (procurement systems)
Coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation
Ability to manage multiple parallel flows and tight deadlines
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
