Receivables & deadline management: You oversee receivables and deadline management and work together with your team lead to implement efficient finance processes.
Accounting: You are the organizational specialist for outgoing invoices, keep an eye on the outgoing invoice ledger, and process supplier invoices independently using DATEV.
Monthly reporting: Your eye for detail comes into play when preparing the monthly management report (BWA). You also actively support the quarterly preparation for shareholders' meetings.
Monthly payment run: You coordinate the monthly payment run and stay in close contact with our tax advisor to ensure smooth cash flow.

You are a registered student (at least 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Ideally, you have already gained hands-on experience in controlling and finance through internships.
You have a talent for analyzing financial metrics and very good Excel skills.
Your attention to detail makes you the perfect sidekick the finance team needs in the numbers jungle.
You convince us with very good communication skills in German and English and a professional demeanor.
