Perform reconciliation of financial entries;
Keep physical and digital documents organized and filed monthly;
Assist in preparing financial reports and expense accounts;
Collect signatures or request regularizations for travel expense reports and payment requests;
Identify and provide documents for audits;
Use the financial module of Protheus (TOTVS);
Forward payment receipts to suppliers and WWF departments;
Organize and digitize payments according to bank transactions;
Classify and enter payment and receipt information into the system;
Provide support to the Controllership area.

Intermediate Excel skills;
Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines;
Knowledge of financial reporting;
Enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, from the 2nd semester onward.
