Act as a key data analysis reference within the Procurement function, supporting stakeholders in monitoring performance and driving insights
Perform advanced data analysis on procurement and vendor-related datasets, identifying trends, inconsistencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Analyze data from key source systems and contribute to the development of structured data models to improve usability, traceability, and reporting accuracy
Support Procurement stakeholders by transforming data into meaningful insights and decision-support reporting
Design, maintain, and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality controls to support procurement performance and governance
Monitor procurement KPIs and vendor performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, procurement tools, vendor management platforms)
Support business analysis and data-related initiatives across Procurement, Finance, and IT systems
Collaborate closely with Procurement stakeholders and cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Data teams
Contribute to process improvements by leveraging data insights and supporting automation initiatives within Procurement
Support audits and reporting needs related to procurement data, ensuring accuracy and traceability
Requirements
Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and reporting
Experience working with structured datasets and business systems (e.g. ERP)
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data manipulation and reporting; Power BI or similar BI platforms strongly preferred
Familiarity with data models, data quality frameworks, reconciliation logic, and system integrations
Exposure to procurement, vendor management, or supply chain data/environments is considered an advantage
Strong attention to data quality, controls, governance, and operational risk management
Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business functions
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple activities and deadlines
Excellent English knowledge
