You are responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, from requirements analysis with the business units to the final onboarding
You create and place target-group-oriented job postings on relevant platforms (e.g., JOIN, LinkedIn) and continuously develop them to attract suitable volunteers for DEHIB and strengthen our organization sustainably
You coordinate and conduct phone and in-person interviews and support the business units in conducting interviews
You maintain and further develop our ATS (JOIN) and ensure a clean pipeline
You actively contribute to building our employer brand as an attractive volunteer organization
You participate in further developing our recruiting strategy and contribute your own ideas
You support the onboarding of new employees and ensure a structured and welcoming start
You develop and standardize HR processes and templates (e.g., communication templates, guidelines, checklists)
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a non-profit or social environment
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and methods (ATS systems, active sourcing, structured interviews)
Structured and proactive working style with a passion for process optimization
Clear and empathetic communication – with candidates as well as internally with colleagues and managers
Identification with DEHIB’s social work and genuine interest in our mission
Very good German skills (C1/C2), good English skills are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and ideally JOIN or comparable ATS systems
