Design, develop, and maintain Property & Casualty pre-licensing courses aligned with state exam requirements
Create and update continuing education (CE) courses to meet regulatory standards and industry trends
Translate complex insurance concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content, including scripts, assessments, and interactive learning modules
Develop exam-style questions that reflect state testing formats (e.g., Pearson VUE, PSI)
Ensure all course materials comply with state insurance department guidelines and filing requirements
Collaborate with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and leadership to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
Conduct course reviews and updates to maintain accuracy with regulatory and industry changes
Analyze learner performance data to improve course effectiveness and outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
Strong understanding of P&C insurance concepts, including personal and commercial lines
Experience developing pre-licensing and/or CE courses
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
Experience creating assessment questions and exam prep materials
Familiarity with state insurance regulations and compliance requirements
