About this role
Role Overview
Central communication hub: coordinate communication between internal departments and customers
Relationship building & customer retention: develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Needs analysis & satisfaction: identify individual customer needs
Proactive customer communication: inform customers about new benefits and developments
Portfolio development & implementation: expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation
Empathy, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong planning and coordination skills
Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
