About this role

Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing concepts and build long-term partnerships
Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually to deliver a professional and positive service experience
Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing in a clear and persuasive manner
Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the area of housing acquisition

Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g. as a broker, in property management or in comparable areas
Ability to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively — including to diverse target groups
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
