Role Overview
- Partner with key team members to execute innovative execution for the category and brand.
- Provide expertise in packaging development.
- Ensure all projects meet design, quality, and regulatory objectives.
- Collaborate with teams in NYC and China for packaging materials and designs.
- Develop risk assessments and evaluate package samples.
Requirements
- BS degree in Packaging Science or Engineering.
- IOPP certification a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin a plus
- 7+ years’ experience in cosmetic package development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global supplier community and understanding of pricing structures.
- Deep/practical packaging expertise in sustainability
- Experience working with Global suppliers across multiple time zones
- Ability to create package specifications and control plans
