Provide daily operational support to our international clients
Log and manage customer queries efficiently and accurately
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Liaise with key stakeholders across departments to gather data and resolve customer and supplier issues
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
Proactively manage deadlines, escalations, and operational risks
Monitor supplier performance and support analytics-driven improvements
Protect and strengthen Reconomy’s reputation through professional relationship management
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in an international commercial customer service/support role
Working knowledge of logistics processes and Supply Chain (nice advantage)
Experience working with CRM tools and Tableau
Strong MS Excel skills
Experience analysing data and identifying trends
Excellent written and spoken Business English
Strong commercial mindset — balancing customer satisfaction with business needs
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Conflict resolution skills and ability to prevent escalations
