You will carefully and proactively support our participants in our online training programs, both in writing and by phone.
You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring participants follow the program guidelines, e.g., documenting attendance and tracking learning progress.
You organize and conduct welcome video calls to give participants a strong start to their courses.
You are in charge of contract management — that means you clarify questions with participants and funding providers and send digital documents for signature.
You work closely with other teams on topics directly related to participants.
Over time you will become a mentor for our participants — identify potential, motivate them, and support their personal development.
Requirements
You have relevant experience in customer service or customer success.
You are communicative and enjoy working with people.
You work in a structured way, take initiative, and handle projects independently and reliably.
Ideally, you have knowledge in one of our training areas (e.g., project management, online marketing, financial accounting, or application development).
A Train-the-Trainer or vocational instructor certificate (AdA certificate) is a plus but not required.
