About this role
Role Overview
Proactively contact potential customers in the mid-market and upper SMB segment via phone, social media and email
Schedule demo appointments to present our solutions
Execute your own outbound campaigns — supported by tools, data and our tech team
Work closely with the GTM team to continuously increase revenue per customer and ensure a steady lead flow
Optimize and scale sales processes — analyze and report on KPIs and improve the CRM tool (HubSpot)
Requirements
Experience in sales (preferably B2B) with direct customer contact
Strong communication skills with which you can build trust, persuade, and communicate confidently
Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of running a structured sales process
Open to feedback and committed to continuous development
Native-level German and solid English skills
