Own and optimize sales pipeline, marketing, implementation, and customer relationship management strategy.
Focus on sales to existing providers in CA & HI and leveraging existing people in the organization.
Grow the sales pipeline, keep leads warm, progress, and close customers with signed contracts.
Ensure proper implementation and launch post-contract.
Track and report on sales pipeline progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns and improve customer retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated success in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
Must have minimum 5 years experience with Hubspot, Zoho Wordpress or other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Active Campaign, or similar platforms).
Familiarity with healthcare industry (managed care), patient segmentation, marketing automation, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management best practices.
