About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical leadership for the development of Back-end systems and services;
- Define and evolve architectures (monoliths, microservices, event-driven);
- Develop robust, scalable APIs (REST and/or GraphQL);
- Ensure code quality (testing, standards, code reviews);
- Establish and promote software engineering best practices;
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams;
- Drive technical decisions focused on scalability, performance, and security;
- Support and mentor team developers;
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents;
- Influence the technical roadmap and platform evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic, computer, software), Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), or related fields.
- Strong experience in backend development (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
- Experience building and maintaining APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Advanced knowledge in data modeling (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, contract testing)
- Experience with version control (Git) and code review practices
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience with containers (Docker)
- Solid experience as a full-stack developer, with emphasis on senior-level roles.
- Advanced proficiency in front-end programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like Angular.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining back-end web applications using C#.
- Deep knowledge of relational databases (such as MySQL and SQL Server) and non-relational databases (such as MongoDB), with skills in designing and optimizing complex database schemas.
- Experience leading development projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
