Manage and lead one or more aspects of the digital ecosystem.
Provide Industry Domain Leadership & Knowledge to promote Digital Portfolio & support sales team to grow.
Support Countries Sales team to drive sales of Digital Core and Digitally Enabled portfolio, drive growth of this portfolio year on year.
Actively participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
Key participant in the Sales & Operation Planning meetings.
Full visibility of the performance of all digital related portfolio per country.
Define key KPIs and support presentation for the Division and Business Areas.
Ensure customer's digital needs and emerging market trends are fully supported by the ecosystem through developing new approaches, innovative solutions, and rolling out competitive business models.
Proactively forecast performance and support appropriate remedial action.
Partner with Regional GM, Global Account Managers, and Digital Sales teams to develop value propositions, business cases, and executive‑level materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
15+ years of experience in industrial digitalization, industrial software deployment, automation, or digital transformation.
Deep expertise in industrial operations, digital platforms, and IT/OT architectures.
Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs with measurable business impact.
Experience engaging senior executives and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
You hold valid driver license in Texas and US work permit.
